Board of Governors / Trustees

Provides overall policy direction, institutional stewardship, and strategic oversight to ensure the long-term sustainability of the College.

Managing Director (MD)

Provides corporate leadership and strategic direction, ensuring that the College’s goals align with its mission, vision, and core values.

Governing Council

Serves as the main governing organ responsible for academic and administrative policy formulation, approval of institutional plans and budgets, and oversight of management performance. The Council operates in line with national TVET and higher education regulatory frameworks.

Director, Strategy, Business and Enterprise Development

Leads strategic planning, partnerships, and resource mobilization; promotes innovation, institutional growth, and sustainable enterprise initiatives within and beyond the College.

Principal

Is the head of the College, responsible for the day-to-day academic leadership, institutional management, and operations in line with policies approved by the Board of Directors.

Academic Registrar

Oversees academic affairs, curriculum development, examinations, student records, accreditation compliance with regulatory bodies and general administration and management of students academic affairs.

Heads of Schools (HoSs)

The Head of School (HoS) provides academic, administrative, and strategic leadership within the school to ensure the achievement of the College’s academic and institutional goals. The schools include; School of Nursing and Midwifery, School of Biomedical and Mechatronic Engineering, and Allied Health Sciences (planned). School of Health Professions Education (planned).

Clinical Coordinator

Manages clinical placements, supervision of students in practice settings, and coordination with health training and service delivery partners.

Quality Assurance Unit

Ensures continuous improvement through monitoring and evaluation of academic programmes, institutional processes, and regulatory compliance.

Finance & Administration Office

Oversees financial management, human resources, procurement, and administrative services.

Student Affairs & Admissions Office (SAAO)

Under the department of the of the Academic Registrar, the SAAO manages student recruitment, welfare, counselling, discipline, and general support services.

Library & ICT Services

Provides access to information resources, digital learning platforms, and ICT support for teaching and research.

Laboratory & Simulation Technicians

Manage laboratories, simulation centres, and practical training facilities that support hands-on learning and research.
