- Course Title: Certificate in Medical Laboratory Technology
- Duration: 2 Years
Requirements for Students to enroll
- Age 18 years and above.
- Physical and mental fitness for all clinical certificates.
- Either; Ordinary Level Secondary Education/Uganda Certificate of Education (UCE) or its equivalent, with at least a Pass 8 in English Language, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry and Biology, obtained before the sitting of (UCE) of 2024, Or;
- Ordinary Level Secondary Education/Uganda Certificate of Education (UCE) or its equivalent, with at least Grade D in English Language and Mathematics; Grade C in each of these subjects – Physics, Chemistry and Biology, obtained at the sitting of (UCE) of 2024, under the Uganda new Lower Secondary Curriculum, Or;
- Advanced Level Secondary Education/Uganda Advanced Certificate of Education (UACE) or its equivalent students who would wish to do a certificate in Nursing or Midwifery, but who must fulfil requirements in 6.1.1. (iii) to (iv) above, Or;
- Diploma or Degree holders or higher, who want to diversify their profession, but who must also fulfil requirements in 6.1.1. (iii) to (iv) above.
